How searchable is your business, really?

Quick 2-Minute Visibility Check 👀

Go to Google and type:
​site:yourdomain.com

(example: site:mariahmagazine.com)

If you see pages from your website show up? ✅ You’re indexed. Google knows your site exists.

If nothing pops up? ❌ That’s a problem ya gotta fix before anything else can work. (In order to fix this, you'll likely need to contact your website designer/developer, and or customer service for your website platform. Sometimes it's an easy fix, like turning on or off a setting. Other times it can be quite technical).

Bonus step:

Do a quick Google search for 1–2 keywords or phrases that describe what you do or what you sell.

📌 IMPORTANT NOTE: Use incognito mode for this so your results aren’t skewed by past searches. (Just note, when you look things up this way, Google will still show results based on your location)

For example:

• wedding photographer [your city]
• copywriter for coaches
• business mentor for creatives
• bookkeeper for small business
• gold coffee bean necklace

Ask yourself:

➡️ Does your site show up in the first few pages?
➡️ If not, who is showing up? Competitors? Directories? Big-name brands?

That quick peek gives you a snapshot of where your Google visibility stands right now, AND what Google sees as the *best solution* to the keyword you typed in.

(This isn't the *most* ideal way to check in on rankings, but it's quick and helpful as fuck without diving into complex tools!)

❤️‍🔥 My NEW website is LAUANCHEDDDDD I know people usually make a bigger deal out of this with a whole ass launch plan & giveaway & sale on products & yadda yadda. But right now? That feels like A LOT. Especially after the launch of Search Club & before Black Friday.
